great location but misleading decor

The staff was friendly and the hotel is steps away from the city center. The room was spacious, providing a lovely terrace to enjoy.

Couple seeking a nice stay

So, we had an amazing time here during our stay. The staff went above and beyond, especially Carolena, she was fantastic at reception, really made us feel welcome.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the experience made it acceptable.

We had a fantastic time visiting Florence! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main train station and all the major attractions. The breakfast was delicious and really helped kickstart our busy days of exploring with our teenagers.

My kids wished for a larger room with more storage options.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend break in Florence with value for money. The room was spacious with a gorgeous view over the Piazza, and we had a great sleep. Make sure to try the breakfast for a tasty variety.

Had a fantastic stay with my friends! We loved visiting the stunning Uffizi Gallery and chilling out at the beautiful Boboli Gardens. The hotel is super affordable and well-located near the train station. Our rooms were cozy and clean, and breakfast was a highlight each morning with a great coffee selection.

However, the room was a bit snug, making it hard to move around comfortably, which surprised us.

I reserved a classic room, but received a surprisingly small budget room instead. When I complained, the staff insisted it was a classic room and dismissed my concerns. Their inability to accommodate my reserved room type was incredibly frustrating, and despite my request for a price adjustment, they provided little assistance, only offering a slight discount after much back and forth.

We stayed in a Superior Double Room with a view of Santa Maria Novella, and it was awesome. The room was really spacious and clean, and the view was just beautiful! The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom had a nice shower. Perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

Trendy decor, comfortable bed, with a strong shower providing plenty of hot water, enhancing our stay with its cozy atmosphere and accommodating staff who promptly offered us a heater on a chilly night.

We loved our spacious room with a picturesque view of the plaza and church. The breakfast was exceptional, with tremendous variety catering to all tastes, including gluten-free options for my husband.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Superior Double Room with City View. The staff was friendly and helped with tickets. The location was perfect, right by the cathedral. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the room was modern and clean. A lovely experience overall! 😊
